Rigatoni with Shrimp and Sausage
Ingredients:
300g rigatoni pasta
200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
200g Italian sausage, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil 㮝
3 garlic cloves, minced 龍
1 cup marinara sauce
1/2 cup heavy cream 拏
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and black pepper to taste 蓼
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook rigatoni pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain. 蓼
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook sausage slices until browned. Remove and set aside. 㮝
3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and shrimp until the shrimp turns pink. Remove shrimp and set aside. 龍
4. Add marinara sauce, heavy cream, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. 拏
5. Return sausage and shrimp to the skillet, mixing them with the sauce. Toss in the cooked rigatoni and reserved pasta water to combine.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
