Recipe: Pineapple Upside Down Martini
Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka
2 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Grenadine
1/2 oz Vanilla liqueur optional for sweetness
Maraschino cherries and pineapple chunks for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Martini:
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, pineapple juice, and vanilla liqueur with ice.
Shake well until chilled.
Layer the Drink:
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Slowly pour the grenadine down the side of the glass so it sinks to the bottom, creating the “”upside-down”” effect.
Garnish:
Garnish with maraschino cherries and a chunk of pineapple on a cocktail pick.
