Raspberry Lemon White Russian
Ingredients:
2 oz 60 ml Vodka
1 oz 30 ml Coffee Liqueur like Kahlúa
1 oz 30 ml Fresh Raspberry Purée
1 oz 30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
2 oz 60 ml Heavy Cream 拏
Ice 流
Fresh Raspberries and Lemon Zest for garnish
Preparation:
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, coffee liqueur, raspberry purée, lemon juice, and heavy cream. 拏
Add ice and shake well for 10-15 seconds to chill. 流
Strain into a glass filled with ice. 流
Garnish with fresh raspberries and a twist of lemon zest for a citrusy finish.
