Premium Pizza Crust
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups warm water 110F/45C
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until the yeast becomes foamy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture and stir until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 7-10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise for 1-1.5 hours or until doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 475F 245C.
Punch the dough down, then roll it out to your desired thickness.
Add your favorite pizza toppings and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
