A layered, vibrant cocktail perfect for celebrating St. Patricks Day!

Ingredients:

壟 4 oz Champagne chilled

2 oz Pineapple Juice

1 oz Orange Juice

1/2 oz Blue Curaçao

1/4 oz Honey Syrup for sweetness


Gold Sugar for rim optional, for extra sparkle

Instructions:

1 Rim the glass with honey syrup and dip into gold sugar for a festive touch.

2 Pour pineapple juice & orange juice into the glass.

3 Slowly add champagne, allowing it to mix gently with the juices.

4 Gently pour blue curaçao over the back of a spoon to create the beautiful layered effect.
