Pink Velvet Prosecco Fizz
Ingredients:
2 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz strawberry puree fresh or store-bought
1 egg white for froth
3 oz chilled prosecco
1/2 tsp edible pink shimmer optional
Ice for shaking
Directions:
Dry Shake: In a cocktail shaker, combine the vanilla vodka, strawberry puree, and egg white. Shake vigorously without ice for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white and create froth.
Add Ice and Shake: Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
Strain: Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or flute glass.
Top with Prosecco: Gently pour the chilled prosecco into the glass, allowing the frothy layer to rise.
Garnish: Sprinkle edible pink shimmer on top for a dazzling finish.
