Pineapple Lemon Drop
Ingredients:
2 oz vodka
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Ice cubes
Sugar, for rimming the glass
Lemon twist or pineapple wedge, for garnish
Instructions:
Rim a chilled glass with sugar.
In a shaker, combine vodka, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice.
Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist or a pineapple wedge.
