Pineapple Breeze
Ingredients
2 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Coconut rum
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Simple syrup
Pineapple slice for garnish
Maraschino cherry for garnish
Instructions
1 Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2 Add pineapple juice, coconut rum, blue curacao, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
3 Shake well until the ingredients are chilled.
4 Strain the mixture into a chilled highball glass filled with ice.
5 Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
