Peppermint Bark Manhattan
Ingredients:
Base:
2 oz rye whiskey or bourbon
Holiday Twist:
1/2 oz peppermint schnapps
1/2 oz white chocolate liqueur
Garnish:
Crushed peppermint candy for the rim
Mini candy cane for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Glass:
Rim your glass with crushed peppermint candy. To do this, run a small amount of water or simple syrup around the rim and dip it into the crushed candy, ensuring it sticks.
Mix the Cocktail:
In a cocktail shaker, combine the rye whiskey or bourbon, peppermint schnapps, and white chocolate liqueur.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture.
Serve:
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
