1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed

1 Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 350F 175C and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2 Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press about a tablespoon of the mixture firmly into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
3 Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar and beat until combined. Mix in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Spoon the filling over the crust, filling each liner about 3/4 full.
