Ingredients:

Crust:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 杻

Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened 燎

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 large egg 讀

1/4 cup sour cream 籠

Peach Cobbler Topping:

2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 杻

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup rolled oats optional for extra texture

Garnish:


Whipped cream

Cinnamon for sprinkling

Instructions:

1 Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

2 Make the Crust:

In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the bottom of each liner to form the crust. Bake for 5-7 minutes until lightly golden, then set aside to cool.

3 Prepare Cheesecake Filling:

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1/4 cup of sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract, egg, and sour cream. Continue beating until creamy and well combined.

4 Fill the Cups:

Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crusts, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

5 Make Peach Cobbler Topping:
