Peach Cobbler Cheesecake

A dreamy combination of creamy cheesecake, juicy peach cobbler, and buttery crumble, this dessert is sure to impress!

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 杻

For the Peach Cobbler Topping:

4 cups fresh peaches, peeled & sliced

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup light brown sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp cornstarch

For the Cheesecake Filling:

16 oz 2 packages cream cheese, softened 燎

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup sour cream 北

1/4 cup heavy cream 拏

3 large eggs 讀

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Crumble Topping:

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup light brown sugar

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt 蓼

1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed 杻

Optional Garnish:


Whipped cream

Fresh mint leaves

Instructions:

1 Prepare the Crust:

Preheat oven to 325F 163C and grease a 9-inch springform pan.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.

Press into the pan and bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.

2 Make the Peach Cobbler Topping:

In a saucepan, mix peaches, sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and cornstarch.

Cook over medium heat until peaches are tender and the sauce thickens. Set aside to cool.

3 Make the Cheesecake Filling:

Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add sour cream, heavy cream, and mix well.

Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.

Pour the filling over the cooled crust.
