Pan-Seared Halibut with Lemon Butter Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Fish:

2 halibut fillets

1 tbsp olive oil 㮝

1/2 tsp salt 蓼

1/4 tsp black pepper

For the Sauce:

3 tbsp unsalted butter 杻

1 clove garlic, minced 龍


2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth

1 tsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season halibut fillets with salt and pepper, then sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and flaky. Remove and set aside.

2. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. 龍杻

3. Add lemon juice and broth, letting the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes.

4. Return halibut to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the fillets. Cook for 1-2 minutes more.

5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
