Oven Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients:
12 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: 1/4 cup chopped chives, shredded cheese, or diced vegetables
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes, then stir gently to redistribute the eggs.
Continue baking for 10-15 more minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until the eggs are fully cooked and fluffy.
Add optional toppings like cheese or chives during the last 5 minutes of baking, if desired.
Serve warm for a simple and effortless breakfast!
