No-Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert
A refreshing and tropical treat, perfect for summer or any occasion! With a buttery graham cracker crust, a smooth pineapple cream filling, and a coconut-pineapple topping, this no-bake dessert is easy to prepare and delicious to enjoy.
Ingredients:
For the Filling:
8 oz softened cream cheese 燎
8 oz tub whipped topping 籠
14-16 oz large can crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup pineapple chunks for topping
1/2 cup shredded coconut for topping 便
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter 杻
Instructions:
1 Prepare the crust:
Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
2 Press into the pan:
Press the mixture into an 8×8 or 9×9 inch pan. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
3 Make the filling:
Beat the softened cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth. Add the whipped topping and beat until fluffy.
4 Fold in pineapple:
Gently fold in the drained crushed pineapple.
5 Assemble the dessert:
Spread the pineapple cream mixture over the chilled crust.
6 Top it off:
Add pineapple chunks and shredded coconut on top.
7 Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
