No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Crust:
– 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– cup unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling:
– 16 oz cream cheese, softened
– cup powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
Banana Layer:
– 2-3 bananas, sliced
Toppings:
– 1 cups strawberries, sliced
– 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
– cup chocolate sauce
– cup caramel sauce
– Whipped cream for garnish
– Maraschino cherries for garnish
– Chopped peanuts or sprinkles optional
Directions:
1. Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate the crust for 10-15 minutes to set.
2. Make the cheesecake filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
3. Assemble the cheesecake: Spread half of the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust. Arrange the banana slices evenly over the filling, then top with the remaining cheesecake filling. Smooth the top with a spatula.
4. Add the toppings: Layer the sliced strawberries and crushed pineapple over the cheesecake. Drizzle the chocolate sauce and caramel sauce over the top.
5. Chill the cheesecake: Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until fully set.
6. Garnish and serve: Before serving, top with whipped cream, maraschino cherries, and optional toppings like chopped peanuts or sprinkles. Slice and enjoy this fun and fruity no-bake cheesecake!
