Ingredients
For the Crust:
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
9 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 杻
1/2 tsp apple pie spice
For the Apple Cheesecake Filling:
24 oz cream cheese 3 packages, softened 燎
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream 拏
21 oz apple pie filling
Instructions
1 Prepare the Crust:
In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, melted butter, and apple pie spice until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of an 8-10 inch springform pan. Use a flat-bottomed glass or measuring cup to help press down the crumbs.
Place in the freezer to chill while you make the filling.
2 Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add granulated sugar and powdered sugar, mixing until fully combined. Stir in vanilla extract and set aside.
3 Whip the Cream:
In another large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Stiff peaks help the cheesecake hold its shape.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain.
4 Add Apple Filling:
Fold in half of the apple pie filling into the cream cheese mixture. Be gentle to keep the filling fluffy!
5 Assemble the Cheesecake:
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth out the top.
Spoon the remaining apple pie filling over the cheesecake and gently press it in.
6 Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, ideally overnight, for the cheesecake to fully set.
7 Serve:
Carefully remove the outer rim of the pan, slice, and enjoy your delicious no-bake apple cheesecake!
