250g all-purpose flour 籠

75g unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder 療

1/2 tsp salt 蓼

200g granulated sugar

200g brown sugar

2 large eggs 讀讀

120ml vegetable oil

240ml buttermilk 拏

2 tsp vanilla extract

240ml hot water

For the Oreo Frosting:

200g unsalted butter, softened 杻

400g icing sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

200g crushed Oreo cookies

2-3 tbsp milk 拏

For Decoration:

Ferrero Rocher chocolates

Crushed Oreo cookies

Instructions:

1 Bake the Cake:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, buttermilk, and vanilla extract.

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.

Stir in the hot water to make a smooth batter.

Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool completely.

2 Make the Oreo Frosting:

Beat the softened butter and icing sugar together until fluffy and smooth.

Add the vanilla extract and crushed Oreos, mixing until well combined.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of milk to achieve a creamy consistency.
