Mint Chocolate Chip Boozy Shake
Ingredients:
4 cups 8 scoops mint chocolate chip ice cream
2 ounces milk
2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
1 ounce whiskey such as Jameson
8 drops green food coloring
Whipped cream optional, for topping
Maraschino cherries optional, for topping
Sprinkles optional, for topping
Instructions:
Blend the Shake:
In a blender, combine the mint chocolate chip ice cream, milk, Baileys Irish Cream, whiskey, and green food coloring. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve:
Pour the mixture into glasses, filling them evenly.
Add Toppings:
Top with whipped cream, and garnish with sprinkles and a maraschino cherry, if desired.
