Ingredients:
2 cups mashed potatoes preferably leftover
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
Sour cream for topping
Extra cheese for drizzle
Salt and pepper to taste
