A perfect combination of tender grilled steak topped with creamy, savory toppings and loaded baked potatoes with cheese, bacon, and chivesideal for a gourmet dinner at home!

Ingredients:

For the Steak:

2 ribeye or sirloin steaks

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup chopped chives

1/4 cup crispy bacon bits

For the Loaded Baked Potatoes:

4 medium russet potatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup crispy bacon bits

1/4 cup chopped green onions or chives


Instructions:

1. Prepare the Potatoes:

Preheat your oven to 400F 200C.

Wash and dry potatoes, then pierce them with a fork. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until tender.

Once baked, cut the potatoes open and fluff the insides with a fork. Top each with cheddar cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, and green onions. Set aside.

2. Season and Grill the Steaks:

Rub the steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Preheat the grill to high heat, then cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.

Once cooked, let the steaks rest for a few minutes.

3. Top the Steaks:

Mix sour cream and chives together, then spoon over each steak. Add crispy bacon bits on top for an extra crunch.
