Juicy Cheddar Ranch Burgers with Crispy Bacon

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef 80/20 for best flavor

1 packet 1 oz ranch seasoning mix

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup mayo

1 tablespoon butter for toasting buns

4 burger buns

Lettuce, tomato, and pickles optional, for toppings

Directions:

Prepare the Burger Patties:


In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and shredded cheddar cheese.

Mix gently until combined do not overwork the meat.

Form into 4 equal-sized burger patties.

Cook the Burgers:

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.

Cook burgers for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

In the last minute, top each burger with crumbled bacon and extra cheddar cheese if desired.

Toast the Buns:

Spread butter on the inside of the burger buns.

Toast in a pan or on the grill for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Assemble & Serve:

Spread mayo on each bun.

Add lettuce, tomato, pickles, and the burger patty.

Serve hot and enjoy the flavor-packed burger!
