Ingredients:

For the Burrito Filling:

1.5 lbs ground beef

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

8 large flour tortillas

For the Cheese Sauce:

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup heavy cream

4 oz cream cheese

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional for heat

Toppings & Extras:

12 slices crispy bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded lettuce

2 large tomatoes, diced

1/2 cup diced pickles

1/4 cup red onions, finely chopped


Ketchup and mustard for drizzling

Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

Prepare the Beef:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add ground beef and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.

Cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease and set aside.

Make the Creamy Cheese Sauce:

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

Add cream cheese and stir until smooth.

Pour in heavy cream and whisk continuously.

Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, Dijon mustard, and cayenne pepper until melted and creamy.

Cook the Bacon:

Fry bacon strips until crispy, then chop into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Assemble the Burrito:

Warm the tortillas slightly for easy folding.

Layer cooked beef, chopped bacon, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, red onions, and a generous drizzle of cheese sauce on each tortilla.

Add ketchup and mustard if desired.

Fold and roll each tortilla tightly into a burrito.

Finish and Serve:

Place burritos on a hot pan seam-side down to seal and crisp the outside slightly.

Drizzle extra cheese sauce and top with more crispy bacon and fresh parsley.
