Creamy Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta Loaded with Flavorful Goodness

Ingredients:

For the Pasta:

12 oz penne pasta or any pasta of your choice

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

For the Alfredo Sauce:

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 oz cream cheese

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

Toppings:

8 slices crispy bacon, crumbled

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup chopped green onions


Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

Cook the Pasta:

Boil the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Beef:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.

Cook until browned and fully cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Make the Alfredo Sauce:

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in cream cheese until smooth, then slowly pour in heavy cream and milk, whisking continuously.

Add cheddar, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.

Combine and Load:

Add the cooked pasta and ground beef into the Alfredo sauce and mix thoroughly.

Stir in crumbled bacon, saving a little for garnish.

Serve:

Top with extra shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, and fresh parsley.
