Ingredients:

2 cans 15 oz each black beans, drained and mashed1/2 cup breadcrumbs1/4 cup grated carrot1/4 cup chopped onion2 cloves garlic, minced1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari1 tsp cumin1/2 tsp paprika1/4 tsp black pepper1 tbsp olive oil for cooking4 whole wheat burger bunsLettuce, tomato, and any desired toppings for serving

Instructions:


In a large bowl, combine mashed black beans, breadcrumbs, grated carrot, onion, garlic, soy sauce, cumin, paprika, and black pepper.Mix until well combined. Form the mixture into 4 patties.Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
