Holiday Peppermint Candy Cane Puppy Chow

Ingredients:

6 cups Chex cereal

1 cup white chocolate chips

cup crushed peppermint candies

cup crushed candy canes

1 tbsp shortening

1 tsp peppermint extract

Powdered sugar for dusting

Directions:

Melt white chocolate and shortening.

Pour over Chex cereal and mix.

Stir in crushed candy canes.

Spread to cool, then dust with powdered sugar.

Enjoy or store in an airtight container!
