4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes1 pineapple, cut into chunks1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks1/4 cup soy sauce2 tablespoons honey2 tablespoons olive oil2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar2 cloves garlic, mincedSalt and pepper to tasteSkewers wooden or metal
