Fudgy Chocolate Brownies with Strawberries Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter melted
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
4 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
For topping:
Fresh strawberries halved
Melted dark chocolate for drizzle
Instructions:
1 Prepare the batter:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until combined.
Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold gently until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
2 Bake the brownies:
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely.
3 Decorate the brownies:
Cut the cooled brownies into squares. Drizzle melted dark chocolate over each brownie.
Top with fresh strawberry halves for a burst of flavor and color.
