Frozen Candy Grapes with Jello
Ingredients:
2 cups seedless grapes red or green
1 package 3 oz flavored gelatin powder any flavor
1/4 cup lemon or lime juice optional, for a sour twist
Directions:
Prepare the Grapes: Remove grapes from stems, wash thoroughly, and leave them slightly damp.
Coat the Grapes:
For a Sweet Version: Place the damp grapes in a large zip-top bag. Add the gelatin powder, seal the bag, and shake until all grapes are evenly coated.
For a Sour Version: Dip each grape into lemon or lime juice, then roll it in the gelatin powder placed in a shallow dish.
Freeze the Grapes: Lay the coated grapes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour, or until frozen.
Serve: Once frozen, transfer the grapes to a serving bowl and enjoy this refreshing treat!
