French Light Yogurt Brioche No Kneading, No Butter

Ingredients:
1 plain yogurt 125 g
2 eggs
150 g sugar
1 packet of baking powder
300 g flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180C 350F so its ready when the brioche is prepared.
In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Whisk gently until smooth and combined.
In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and salt to avoid any lumps.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently. The dough will be a bit sticky, which is normal.
Pour the dough into a greased or parchment-lined loaf pan.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes. To check if its done, insert a knife in the center; it should come out clean.
Allow it to cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
