Foolproof Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients:
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat. Stir constantly until smooth and melted.
Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and salt.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm. Slice into squares and enjoy!
