Eggnog Cheesecake

A festive and creamy Eggnog Cheesecake with the classic holiday flavors of nutmeg and cinnamon! Perfect for any holiday gathering, this cheesecake is rich, smooth, and sure to impress. Serves 8.

Ingredients:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 杻

16 oz cream cheese, softened 燎

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup eggnog 拏


1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1 cup whipped cream, for topping

Nutmeg, for garnish

Instructions:

1 In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. 2 In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy. 3 Add the eggnog, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon to the cream cheese mixture and continue beating until well combined. 4 Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. 5 Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight to let it set. 6 Before serving, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg for garnish.
