Ingredients:

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast

– 1 cup warm water

– 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, and instant yeast.

2. Slowly pour in the warm water while stirring with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms.

3. Add the chopped rosemary to the dough and mix until its evenly distributed.

4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel and let it rest at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours, or until the surface is bubbly and the dough has doubled in size.

5. Once the dough has risen, flour your work surface well and turn the dough out onto it.

7. Place the dough seam-side down on a piece of parchment paper and let it rest for an additional 30 minutes.

9. Carefully remove the hot Dutch oven and lift the parchment paper with the dough into the pot. Cover with the lid.

10. Bake for 30 minutes with the lid on, then remove the lid and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.

11. Let it cool on a wire rack before slicing. Enjoy your delicious homemade bread!
