Ingredients:

1 lb fresh salmon, cut into 1-inch cubes

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup vegetable oil for frying

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp sweet chili sauce


1 tbsp sriracha

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp lime juice

Directions:

In a small bowl, mix all the Bang Bang Sauce ingredients until smooth. Set aside.

In three separate bowls, place flour in one, beaten eggs in another, and mix panko breadcrumbs with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in the third.

Dip each salmon cube into the flour, then the egg, and finally the panko mixture, ensuring an even coating.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Serve hot with a generous drizzle of Bang Bang Sauce or on the side for dipping.
