Creamy Tuscan Chicken Ravioli A Twist on Marry Me Chicken

Ingredients Serves 6-8:

1 family-size package of cheese ravioli

2 chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese plus extra for topping

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:


Prepare the Chicken:

Season the chicken breasts with your favorite seasoning salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, etc..

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce:

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir to combine.

Add the sun-dried tomatoes and shredded Parmesan cheese. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Cook the Ravioli:

Add the cheese ravioli to the skillet with the sauce. Cover and let it simmer for about 8-10 minutes, or until the ravioli are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.

Combine and Serve:

Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and stir until everything is well combined and coated in the creamy sauce.

Top with extra shredded Parmesan cheese and freshly chopped parsley for garnish.
