– 4 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 pound chicken breast, diced

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1/2 cup chicken broth

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 2 tablespoons butter

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:
