Creamy Cheesy Ham and Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
2 lb bag frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter – melted
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 small onion – diced
2 -3 cups ham – diced
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
Add the cheesy ham and potato mixture to a 9×13 baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
Top with chives if desired.
