Cinnamon Peach Crumble Bars

Ingredients:
For the Crust & Crumble:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes
1 egg
For the Peach Filling:
4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
2 tsp cornstarch
Directions:
Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 375F 190C and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Make the Crust & Crumble: Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter and egg until crumbly. Press half into the pan.
Prepare the Filling: Toss peaches with lemon juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cornstarch. Spread over the crust.
Assemble & Bake: Crumble the remaining mixture over the peaches and bake for 45 minutes until golden.
Cool & Serve: Let bars cool completely before cutting.
