Instructions:
1 Prepare the Pan and Dry Ingredients:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
2 Cream Butter and Sugar:
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
