Christmas Chocolate Kahlúa & Baileys Pudding Shots
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Red Velvet Baileys Irish Cream or regular Baileys if unavailable
1/4 cup Kahlúa coffee liqueur
1 small box JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix 3.9 ounces
3/4 cup cold milk
8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
Christmas sprinkles, for garnish
Directions:
Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Baileys, Kahlúa, milk, and chocolate pudding mix until smooth and thickened.
Incorporate Cool Whip: Gently fold in the Cool Whip, adding a little at a time until fully combined. The mixture should be creamy and well blended.
Fill Cups: Using a tablespoon, spoon the pudding mixture into small shot cups or dessert cups, filling each cup nearly to the top.
Chill: Place the pudding shots in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or in the freezer for a firmer texture.
Garnish and Serve: Before serving, add a sprinkle of festive Christmas sprinkles to each shot for a holiday touch.
