Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and prepare two 9-inch round baking pans by greasing and flouring them.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well to ensure all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. Add the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix everything together until fully combined.
