Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders
Ingredients:
12 Hawaiian slider rolls
2 cups cooked shredded chicken rotisserie works great
6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley optional
3 tablespoons melted butter
teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon onion powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped bacon, ranch dressing, and parsley. Stir until evenly mixed.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the roll bottoms. Sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Place the top halves of the rolls over the filling.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and onion powder. Brush this mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 57 minutes, or until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
