Chewy Brownie Cupcakes in a Snap 療
Ingredients:
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 2 large eggs
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and salt until well combined.
3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add in the melted butter and vanilla extract. Mix well.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
5. If youre feeling extra indulgent, fold in the chocolate chips for that extra gooeyness.
6. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
8. Let the cupcakes cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
