Cherry Pie Bombs
Ingredients:
1 can 8-count Grand biscuits not flaky layers or crescent roll dough
1 cup cherry pie filling
cup 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
cup cinnamon-sugar blend
Directions:
Prepare the Dough:
Separate the biscuits into two layers and place them on a clean surface.
Roll out each layer into a circle about 4 inches in diameter using a rolling pin or your hands. Youll end up with 16 circles.
Fill and Shape:
Place 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling in the center of each dough circle.
Pinch the edges together to seal, then gently roll each into a ball shape.
Coat the Bombs:
Brush all sides of each ball with melted butter.
Roll the balls in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat them thoroughly.
Air Fryer Instructions:
Spray the air fryer basket or racks lightly with oil to prevent sticking.
Arrange the bombs in a single layer, leaving space between them.
Air fry at 330F for 6-7 minutes. Gently shake or wiggle the bombs to loosen them from the basket.
Continue air frying for another 1-2 minutes until theyre golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm for a gooey and delightful treat!
Oven Bake Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange the bombs on the baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm to enjoy the soft, gooey cherry filling.
