Ingredients
1 can 15 oz whole kernel corn, drained
1 can 15 oz creamed corn
8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 box 8.5 oz Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese plus extra for topping, if desired
Instructions
Prepare the Oven and Dish
