Cheesy Bacon Burger Pasta Casserole

Ingredients:

8 oz egg noodles

1 lb ground beef

4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 small onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup milk

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp mustard


Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C.

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Stir in the ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, beef mixture, sour cream, and milk. Stir in the crumbled bacon and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
