Caramel Irish Coffee
Ingredients:
1.5 ounces Irish whiskey
1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
1 tablespoon caramel sauce, plus extra for garnish
1 teaspoon brown sugar optional, for extra sweetness
2 tablespoons heavy cream, lightly whipped
Whipped cream, for topping
Caramel drizzle, for garnish
Directions:
Prepare the Glass: Drizzle caramel sauce inside a heatproof glass or mug.
Mix the Coffee Base: Pour hot coffee into the glass and stir in caramel sauce and brown sugar until fully dissolved.
Add Whiskey: Stir in Irish whiskey and mix well.
Top with Cream: Gently float the lightly whipped heavy cream over the coffee by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
Garnish and Serve: Add a dollop of whipped cream and drizzle with extra caramel sauce. Serve warm and enjoy responsibly!
