Ingredients:

2 cups granulated sugar

3/4 cup unsalted butter 杻

2/3 cup evaporated milk 拏

1 cup white chocolate chips


1 jar 7 oz marshmallow crème

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp instant coffee granules

1/2 cup caramel sauce

Pinch of salt 蓼

Instructions:

1 Prepare Pan: Line an 88 inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal. 2 Heat Mixture: In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk over medium heat, stirring until it boils. 3 Boil: Continue boiling for 4-5 minutes while stirring. 4 Combine: Remove from heat, then quickly stir in white chocolate chips, marshmallow crème, vanilla extract, and coffee granules until smooth. 5 Add Caramel: Pour half of the fudge mixture into the pan, drizzle caramel sauce over it, and swirl with a knife. 6 Top Layer: Pour the remaining fudge on top and spread evenly. 7 Cool: Let it cool for about 2 hours or refrigerate to speed up the process. 8 Serve: Once set, cut into squares and enjoy
