Caramel Chocolate Coffee Cheesecake
Prepare yourself for a slice of heavenly bliss with this decadent dessert that perfectly combines the rich flavors of caramel, chocolate, and coffee in a creamy cheesecake!
Ingredients:
– 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 4 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
– 1/4 cup caramel sauce
– 4 large eggs
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
– 1/2 cup melted butter
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Whipped cream, for garnish
– Caramel pieces and crumbs, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325F 163C and grease a 9-inch springform pan. This helps ensure that your cheesecake comes out smoothly after baking.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan to create a solid crust.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until its nice and smooth. Gradually add in the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to mix until fully incorporated.
4. Add the eggs, one at a time, to the cream cheese mixture. Remember to beat on low speed after each addition to maintain a creamy texture without overmixing.
5. Gently stir in the sour cream and heavy cream until the batter is completely smooth.
6. Now, divide the cheesecake batter into three equal parts. Take one part and mix in the caramel sauce, another part with the chocolate sauce, and the last part with the cooled brewed coffee. Make sure each mix is blended well.
7. Carefully pour the caramel cheesecake batter over the graham cracker crust first. Next, drizzle the chocolate cheesecake batter over the caramel layer, followed by the coffee cheesecake batter.
8. Using a knife or a skewer, swirl the layers together gently to create a beautiful marbled effect.
9. Allow your cheesecake to bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Once done, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour. This helps prevent cracking.
10. After an hour, take the cheesecake out and let it cool. Then, refrigerate it for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best texture and flavor.
11. Before serving, get creative with garnishing! Top with whipped cream, sprinkle some caramel pieces, and add crumbs. Drizzle extra caramel sauce if desired for that extra indulgence.
