Caramel Brownie Cheesecake

This indulgent dessert combines three irresistible layersrich brownie, creamy cheesecake, and luscious caramel. Its a show-stopping treat perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients:

1 package brownie mix plus ingredients required on the box

24 oz cream cheese, softened 燎

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 large eggs 讀

1/4 cup sour cream 籠

1/4 cup heavy cream 拏

1/2 cup caramel sauce plus extra for drizzling

Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions:

1 Prepare the Brownie Base:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C.

Mix and bake the brownie batter as per package instructions in a greased 9-inch springform pan.

Once baked, let the brownie base cool completely.

2 Make the Cheesecake Layer:


Reduce oven temperature to 325F 160C.

In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing until just combined.

Stir in the sour cream and heavy cream.

Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled brownie base.

3 Add the Caramel Swirl:

Drizzle 1/2 cup caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer.

Use a knife to gently swirl the caramel into the cheesecake mixture.

4 Bake the Cheesecake:

Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.

Turn off the oven, crack the oven door open slightly, and let the cheesecake cool gradually in the oven to avoid cracking.

Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

5 Chill and Garnish:

Once fully chilled, drizzle extra caramel sauce over the top.

Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
